Q: When is Check-In and Check-Out?
A: Check-in is at 2:00 PM Arizona Time and entitles you to your site until 11:00 AM the following day. Late check-ins are allowed at any time; please us for more information.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Please contact our office (877-843-7783) for information on cancellations. The particular policy varies depending on your reservation type.
Q: Are pets welcome at the park?
A: Yes! We welcome your furry family members and have a dedicated dog run so they can enjoy the outdoors with you. Please refer to our Rules page for all our specific Pet Policies.
Q: Can I choose or change my site?
A: At the time of your reservation, you are assigned a specific site. Please do not move without management approval. You can request a new location, but please keep in mind that moves may not be possible due to reservations or maintenance needs.
Q: When are Quiet Hours?
A: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of your camping neighbors.
Q: Can we have guests to our campsite?
A: Yes you may. Please inform your guests that all visitors must check in at the office, pay any applicable fee, and receive a parking pass if necessary.
