Tier Drop Rules
& Policies

• 

  Check-in is at 2:00 PM Arizona Time and entitles you to your site until 11:00 AM the following day. Late check-ins are allowed at any time; please contact the park for instructions. Monthly stays require a signed agreement. Contact the office for terms and details.

• 

  You are assigned a specific site. Do not move without management approval. Moves may not be possible due to reservations or maintenance needs.

• 

  Park only in your assigned site. Using or blocking adjacent sites will result in additional charges. Each site includes one RV and one vehicle.

• 

  No storage of personal items is allowed around or under RVs. A designated, fenced storage area is available for paid use (cars, boats, ATVs, trailers, RVs). Unauthorized use of the storage area is prohibited.

• 

  All pets must be leashed at all times when outside your RV. No pets are allowed in park buildings or pool areas. Do not tie pets to any trees, buildings, doors, or fixtures. Always clean up after your pet, including in designated dog areas. Pets may not be left unattended in outdoor areas or in RVs. All pets must be up to date on vaccinations and records must be submitted upon arrival or request. Excessive barking is not tolerated. Guests with disruptive pets may be asked to leave without a refund.

  The park speed limit is 5 MPH. Violators will receive one warning. Multiple offenses may result in removal from the park. All vehicles and RVs must be in operable, well-maintained condition.

• 

  All visitors must check in at the office, pay any applicable fee, and receive a parking pass if applicable. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

• 

  Trash dumpsters are located in two areas. Tie bags tightly and do not dispose of large or hazardous items.

• 

  Emergency contact forms are required for all monthly guests.

• 

  Alcohol must be consumed only at your site. Illegal substances and disorderly conduct are grounds for eviction.

• 

  Respect fellow guests, staff, and property. Harassment, vandalism, theft, or illegal behavior will not be tolerated.

• 

  Arizona law requires sewer hoses to be connected using an airtight connector.

• 

  All utility connections must be in good condition. Notify office of any issues.

• 

  Sleeping outside of your RV or in any park buildings, restrooms, laundry rooms, kitchen, or other common areas is strictly prohibited. All overnight accommodations must occur within your assigned RV or park model. Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the park without refund.

• 

  All guests are strongly encouraged to maintain current insurance on their RVs, park models, and personal property, including liability coverage. Tier Drop RV Park is not responsible for damages or losses caused by weather, fire, vandalism, other guests, or utility failures. Proof of insurance may be required for long-term residents or in special cases.

• 

  Tier Drop RV Park reserves the right to enforce rules and evict guests without refund who violate park policies. Noncompliance may result in written warnings, fines, or immediate termination of stay.
